We collect only what we need to operate the Service:
- Account information: Email address, optional name and company.
- Payment information: Processed by Stripe; we never see or store card numbers.
- Usage information: Which reports you view, when you log in, basic browser metadata.
- Communications: If you email us, we keep that correspondence.
How we use it
- To provide and improve the Service
- To process payments and prevent fraud
- To send transactional emails (sign-in links, receipts, important notices)
- To occasionally send product updates (you can opt out at any time)
- To diagnose technical issues
What we do not do
- We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
- We do not share your usage data with advertisers.
- We do not use your data to train machine-learning models.
Service providers
We rely on a small number of trusted vendors to operate the Service:
- Supabase — database and authentication hosting
- Stripe — payment processing
- Vercel and Render — application hosting
- Resend (or similar) — transactional email delivery
Each is contractually bound to handle your data only as needed to provide services to us.
Your rights
You can:
- Access and download your account data from your dashboard
- Correct or update your information at any time
- Delete your account, which removes all personally identifiable information within 30 days
- Opt out of non-transactional email by clicking unsubscribe
Cookies
We use only essential cookies needed to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
Data retention
Account data is retained while your account is active. After deletion, we keep payment and tax records for 7 years as required by law, but all other personal information is removed within 30 days.
Children
Lintel is a B2B product for affordable-housing professionals and is not directed at anyone under 18.
Changes to this Policy
We will email you at least 30 days before any material change.
